Passing away of
Rev. Fr. Prof. T. Sylvester Sritharan

We announce with shock and sadness the sudden demise of Rev Fr Prof. T. Sritharan Sylvester, Procurator General of Trincomalee/Battocaloa Diocese and former Director of Caritas EHED Batticaloa.
Fr Sritharan passed away suddenly in early hours of 8th March 2012 in Batticaloa after being suddenly taken ill.
We convey our deepest sympathies to his grieving family members and to His Lordship the Bishop of Trincomalee / Battocaloa as well as to the Presbytery of Priests of the Diocese.
May his soul find Eternal Rest in the Lord!
