25 Participants from Colombo, Kurunegala, Chilaw and Anuradhapura Diocesan Centres attended a 3- day Refresher Workshop on Empowerment and Advocacy, held in Anuradhapura from 29th February to 2nd March 2012. The programme was facilitated by Pass Asia Consultants.
