A group of 19 Diocesan representatives from Mannar, Jaffna, Vanni, Trincomalee and Batticaloa participated in a 2 – day Capacity building workshop on Human Rights held in the SEDEC auditorium on 22nd and 23rd March 2012. It was proceeded by a review of the HR activities in all dioceses, held on 21st March at SEDEC.
